WHere is a home-style take on a drink found on our latest menu. This is a batch premix which is loaded with tastes of a holiday season, making it perfect for a holiday party. Save the extra citrus syrup you can use for breakfast cocktails, desserts, or to make another batch of the drink.

Makes enough for 10 people
To make the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (yields 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Method
Making the Syrup: Combine the listed items inside a pan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing to dissolve. After that, remove from the heat allowing it to cool entirely. Pour to a sealable bottle, close it and store in the fridge, it can be stored for around a month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Combine every spirits and syrup into a big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Measure 85ml of your batch mix to a stirring glass containing ice, and agitate carefully for one minute to cool it down. Filter into a chilled martini glass or equivalent, top with a few cranberries and complete it using a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
